The Faculty Records office is part of the Office of the Provost and VPAA. Our office is located in JCK 1015.
The mission of Faculty Records centers on providing personnel, budget, and other logistical support for the division of Academic Affairs. The office processes all faculty and academic administrative position requests, searches, appointments, re-appointments, and contracts, in addition to other related personnel matters. Faculty Records supports tenure and promotion processes.
Salary review, including merit and performance, and budget development for Academic Affairs are administered through the office. The office supports the associate provost and provost in managing, tracking, and monitoring allocation of faculty positions and resources within the division.
Faculty Records also processes faculty workload reports, monitors academic policy and procedure statements, maintains permanent records for faculty, and manages faculty awards programs.
Our site offers information relating to academic policies and procedures, faculty employment, and many other informative tools for use by faculty and staff.
Electronic PCR Processing for faculty and graduate students in the Academic Affairs Division training and resources are available. Training is provided upon a periodic basis for summer appointments and individual training is also available.
