The Budget Office offers you individual training, budget classes, and online instructional documents for all transactions that can be used in determining budget, postings, and available budget. Budget Office training covers all budget-related SAP reports, including the Budget to Actual Report, Salary Encumbrance Report, Salary Fringe Report, All Postings Report, and many others. We also help you learn about budget processes such as fund center budgeting, position budgeting, and budget reconciliation.

The HR MDC offers individual training, specific group training, and online PowerPoint training presentations for introduction to organizational management in SAP, understanding staff and student appointments, and Personnel Change Request (PCR) processing. Additional online training options are available, including step-by-step instructions for several accessible reports in SAP.
The Purchasing Office offers individual training, including an online overview of the purchase requisition process.
A general training session for FI Master Data is offered through Professional Development. The target audience is departmental administrative assistants and other personnel who need SAP accounts and/or vendors setup, both of which are key elements for the proper operation of our financial system. Topics covered include: vendor maintenance, chart of accounts (SAP account structure), forms and procedures, and frequently asked questions.
