Office of Technology Commercialization

Office of Technology Commercialization Mission

The Mission of the Office of Technology Commercialization is to coordinate the university's commercialization to enhance and promote its applied research and develop activities and development funding, to enhance the university's entrepreneurial  platform, and to provide resources for the support and enhancement of 'education with relevance'.

Services include:

Negotiate and reveiw industry related agreements such as Nondisclosures, Sponsored Research Agreements, University Industry Partnership and Service or Testing Agreements.

Industry wishing to access current available technologies should contact Dr. Reddy Venumbaka.

Promote and manage the university’s IP portfolio

Guide the university's commercial and industrial interactions
Coordinate the university’s activities affecting economic development in the region and state
Support and steward Angel and ‘VC’ funds to enable the university to leverage its IP portfolio
Serve faculty collaborating with or starting technology ventures
Encourage technology entrepreneurship especially in underrepresented groups
