The STUDY (formerly “The Lab”) offers tutoring provided by students specializing in business, science, writing, math, and more. Walk-in tutoring is available in the Alkek Library, Falls/Sayers residence hall, and Jowers Center, or make an appointment for small group tutoring in Alkek. The STUDY is fee-funded so no additional cost is required.

Small Group Tutoring
The STUDY now offers small group tutoring for certain chemistry, accounting, and math courses. Small group tutoring sessions are appointment based and capped at 5 students per session.
Private Tutoring
SLAC's Private Tutor Referral Program provides students access to qualified private tutors for hire. The Referral Program is best for students who are looking for one-on-one tutoring, or need help with specialized subjects not typically offered in The STUDY.
I spend a lot of time here to make sure I understand different topics & there always seems to be a tutor who is knowledgeable & willing to help!
