Our Mission Continues ...

Texas State University prides itself on being the birthplace of TRIO Programs.  We provide academic tutoring, personal counseling, mentoring, financial guidance, and other supports necessary for educational access and retention.

Whether you are a current TRIO participant in one of Texas States 6 TRIO programs, or were a part of a TRIO program in middle or high school, Texas State welcomes you.

Institutional Inclusive Excellence

TRIO Programs are housed within the Office of Institutional Inclusive Excellence - Student Initiatives (IIE-SI).  IIE-SI leads the University in cultivating equitable opportunities and experiences to empower underrepresented Bobcats while educating the diverse student body to thrive in an evolving global society.
