Correspondence Exams

Exams for Correspondence Studies are administered in the Testing, Evaluation, and Measurement Center (TEMC) Testing Lab located in Commons Hall, Ground Floor, room G14. Examinees must submit their exam requests at least two business days in advance by completing this Test Request Form which is sent to the Correspondence Studies office. For example, to request an exam on a Monday at 10 am, the request form must be submitted no later than 10 am on the preceding Thursday. The Correspondence Studies office will approve the request and forward it to TEMC. After approval, examinees will receive a confirmation from TEMC within 1 business day. Examinees also must present a valid photo ID to take a test. The testing lab hours for Correspondence exams are as follows:

Monday 9:00am-2:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am-2:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am-2:00pm
Thursday 9:00am-2:00pm
Friday 9:00am-2:00pm

Testing with Accommodations

Students with disabilities who may require accommodations (alternative format, reader service, extended time, etc.) must contact the Office of Disability Services (512.245.3451) prior to taking the test. Verification of disability will be required.

All examinees who require accommodations must complete an Accommodated Testing Request Form to test at our facility at least two weeks prior to the desired exam date. Requests will be processed within two business days. Please note our testing lab hours and available start times for the exam you wish to take when selecting your appointment time and make sure to take into account additional time you may need.
