Testing Center, Round Rock Correspondence Testing Request

To request a Texas State University Correspondence exam, please submit this form at least two business days in advance of the test date requested. All completed requests are received and reviewed by the Texas State Correspondence Studies Office. Once the request is approved, the Texas State Correspondence Studies Office will inform the Testing Center at Texas State University Round Rock Campus.

Examinees will receive an email notification from the Testing Center at Texas State University Round Rock Campus that the testing request is approved and you are ready to make an appointment. To finalize a testing appointment, respond to the email from rrc-testing@txstate.edu or you may call 512.716.4020 to set the appointment for your exam. The Testing Center is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no fee charged for Texas State Correspondence exams, but a valid photo ID (student ID, military ID, passport or driver’s license) is required.

Important: You must submit all required assignments before requesting an exam. For some courses, you must receive all assignments graded before requesting an exam. You may not take two exams for the same course on the same day.

 

Disability Accommodations (if applicable)

If you have a Disability Accommodation directive from the Texas State University Office of Disability Services, upload your accommodation letter below. If you do not upload your accommodation letter, you will not receive testing accommodations during your exam.
