Arrival Information
JSMCH should arrive no later than Sunday, June 5, 2022 prior to Orientation at 5pm.
Are you bringing your own car? If you are driving yourself and plan to park your car on campus during camp, we will need to make arrangements with parking services. If you are parking on campus only for orientation please speak to a staff member about getting your parking validated at orientation.
If arriving by air, please note!
If needed, a Mathworks travel representative will meet you at the baggage claim area at Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). You will remain with the travel representative until the group departs for Texas State University via charter bus or van.
If you need special assistance prior to meeting the travel assistant at baggage claim, please call our office at 512-245-3439 to make special arrangements.
Departing Information
JSMCH Departure: Friday, June 17, 2022 (after 2 PM)
If departing by air, please note!
If needed, a Mathworks travel representative will take you to the ticket counter at Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). You will travel through security check and to the gate without assistance.
