Mathworks Associate Director Receives Teaching Award

The Mathematical Association of America (MAA) has recognized the exemplary teaching of Dr. Terry McCabe, Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Associate Director of the Mathworks program at Texas State University – San Marcos. Dr. McCabe received the “The Distinguished College or University Teaching of Mathematics in Texas Award” during the MAA’s annual Texas Section meeting held at Abilene Christian University. 
 

Dr. McCabe has been involved with Mathworks for almost two decades, and is also one of the co-authors of the Mathworks curriculum that is being piloted by over 1,300 middle school students across Texas.
