Alumna Melisa Kakas

"I first worked in global regulatory research, then explored project and change management, and finally found my place under the sun in the corporate communications department of one of the biggest Japanese multinational corporations specializing in imaging and optical products, Canon.

I’m not sure what the next five years of my career and life will bring because I gave up having firm plans a long time ago, but I can definitely say that my time at Texas State will stay with me forever.” - Melisa Kakas, MAIS 2014
