Applications for Spring 2020 are being considered on a case by case basis. Please contact TSIE for more information.

Directions: Please complete this form as carefully and accurately as possible since it may be used to create your Form I-20 and F-1 Student Visa in addition to your standard intensive English program record.

IEP Application Purpose

I understand that this IEP Application is for the purpose of studying in Texas State's intensive English program only and will not be considered for conditional admission to any degree-awarding program at the university.

I understand that, if I need conditional admission, I will complete the application for Texas State University through after having the required TOEFL or IELTS scores listed on the Program Requirements page and by completing the requirements listed on the International Undergraduate Admissions page (Bachelor's) or on the International Graduate Admissions page (Master's).

Financial Documents

Please be aware that an additional processing fee per semester will be billed to the sponsor of eligible SACM, NCN, or other 3rd Party Organization Sponsor students. As with all TSIE and university fees, if a student loses eligibility with their organization sponsor, that student is responsible for all costs. This fee does not apply to those family members or personal sponsors completing the Affidavit of Financial Support.

Academic Plans

TSIE highly recommends that all students bring their academic documents to the USA, including (1) all original high school transcripts in your native language, (2) certified translations of all original high school transcripts in English, (3) if applicable, all original college/university transcripts in your native language, (4)if applicable, certified translations of all original college/university transcripts in English, and (5) if applicable, all original intensive English program transcripts (including ones from outside the US). Note: these documents are not required for admission to TSIE.

Application Fee ($75)

In addition to this application, all students are required to submit a non-refundable $75 USD application fee. TSIE applications will not be processed until the application fee is received.
