Request for Information

Below are fields that request information including name, contact and identity information for symposium participants.

Attendance - Must read.

  • Registration
    Registration is open to both Texas and non-Texas State community members at no cost.
  • On-site walk-in registration
    Pre-registered participants will have priority. Walk-in registrations on the day of event will be allowed, pending available space. 
  • Texas State ID or Appropriate ID Needed to Check in
    Bring or provide your ID Card to the check-in tables which will be located in the LBJ Student Center Ballroom.
  • Half-day participation
    As we recognize that the symposium might conflict with some classes, we welcome participants to come and go into the symposium as needed. However, please be mindful not to disrupt on-going presentations/workshops.

Somos Mas - Luncheon

  • A professional lunch will be provided as part of the symposium. 
  • Lunch will include a formal program (awards, recognition and entertainment)
  • Participants are encouraged to dress business-casual at minimum. 

Conference Staff
Individuals assisting with the implementation of the conference, included all below, are required to register.

  • Staff & Student Committee Members
  • Workshop facilitators and presenters
  • Volunteers
