Request a Room Reservation

The Honors College supports registered student organizations with meeting space, if available. Registered student organizations may request to use rooms in the Honors College with the following conditions:

Each request is subject to approval pending space availability during normal operating hours. Requests are made on a per semester basis. Any request received more than five business days before the first day of classes will not receive a response until the week before classes start.

Available meeting spaces:

  • LAMP 302 - capacity 10. Projector, no laptop/computer.
  • LAMP 407A - capacity 17. Projector, no laptop/computer.
  • LAMP 501 - capacity 40. Projector, mac computer (only half the room can see the projector)
  • Multicultural Lounge & Black Students' Resource Library - capacity 20. No projector, no laptop/computer. No private reservations are accepted before 5pm.
