Request a Room Reservation

ROOMS WILL OPEN FOR FALL 2020 RESERVATIONS ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 14.

The Honors College supports TXST students with meeting space and study rooms, as available. TXST students may request to use rooms in the Honors College with the following conditions:

  1. Must show proof of a TXST ID card to request a room on a walk-in basis
  2. Must have an active NetID and password in order to reserve a room in advance

Walk-in room requests are welcome on a daily basis. Room schedules will be posted outside the relevant rooms on at 8:00a every Monday morning while classes are in session. Students can review the schedules upon entering Lampasas Hall and can request access to the relevant rooms. If you would like access to an available room, please stop by the Honors front desk, where one of our undergraduate student coordinators will be on hand to provide the necessary assistance.

The Honors College also accepts advance room reservations. Reservations are subject to approval pending space availability during normal operating hours. Reservations must be made at least ten days before a meeting is scheduled to take place. Any request received less than ten days before the scheduled meeting will not be entered into the schedule.

Students or groups who reserve rooms in the Honors College will be issued a room key and cleaning supplies for the relevant space upon check-in at the Honors front desk. All students will be expected to wipe down the spaces they reserve after use, returning both keys and cleaning supplies to the front desk after their reservation concludes.
