Biography

Barry Aidman is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Education and Community Leadership at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Barry teaches classes in campus and district leadership, professional learning, school improvement and organizational change, and serves as the advisor for the superintendent certification program. Barry’s research interests focus on leadership preparation, college access and completion, and multi-sector partnerships.
