Hotline and Reporting Fraud

Report Fraud, Waste and Abuse

The Texas State University System Board of Regents approved an anti-fraud policy in the Texas State University System Rules and Regulations (Chapter III, paragraph 15). The policy provides direction for those who believe that financial or inventoried resources may have been lost, misappropriated, or misused. The policy also states that any form of retaliation against individuals providing information concerning suspected fraud, waste, abuse, or other unethical behavior will not be tolerated.

What Should Be Reported

  • Waste of funds
  • Misuse or theft of University property or funds
