This is the online application form for the FACTS High School Skeletal Death Investigation Course in San Marcos, TX. The 2019 camp will be held at FACTS new Grady Early Building in San Marcos, TX.

The course will be open to a maximum of 20 students.  Applications will be accepted starting January 1, 2019.  This workshop will be rolling enrollment. Once you submit the form, your application will be reviewed, and a confirmation letter will be sent if accepted.  Financial aid decisions will be made by May 1st, 2019. Once the course is full we will stop accepting applications.

The workshop fee is $500.00.  FACTS will offer a limited number of need-based scholarships. To be considered for a scholarship, you must apply before May 1, 2019 and fill out the financial aid section below.

Your 'Letter of Intent' should cover why you want to attend the course, how it fits into your future career plans, and be no more than 1 page.

Once your application is submitted, FACTS will email the Faculty Member you indicate in this form for a recommendation.  It is your responsibility to make sure that they submit their letters in a timely fashion.  You cannot be accepted until FACTS receives your recommendation.
