![]() The Freeman Aquatic Biology Building is the home of the Edwards Aquifer Research and Data Center. The building is the frequent location of seminars and workshops promoting water education and conservation. The building was constructed over Sessom Creek with large glass windows that allow visitors to observe the waters running under the elevated building. Texas State is known as one of the best places in the world to study aquatic ecosystems and species. Seven endangered species live in the springs located on the campus. |
