The Round Rock Higher Education Center (RRHEC), located north of Austin in Round Rock, was completed in 2005. All RRHEC classes are held in the four-story, 125,000-square-foot Avery Building. The ultramodern Avery Building houses 40 classrooms, eight computer labs, a library, counseling clinic and student lounge.
