Institution: Texas State University San Marcos This is awell written report that clearly and convincingly aligns THECB exemplary educational objectives and required perspectives with the core curriculum at Texas State San Marcos. Less well presented, or missing in some cases, are multiple methods for the evaluation of the core as a whole, and methods for measuring student learning outcomes. Syllabi were employed for evaluation of student exposure to THECB requirements and actual exposure and/or evaluation of student outcomes and performance was not included.
