TESTING, RESEARCH-SUPPORT AND EVALUATION 
CENTER (TREC) IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ON 
ALL TESTING PROGRAMS 

All examinees must present photo identification (driver's license, military ID, student ID, passport or other government agency issued ID) on all testing programs administered by the TREC. Theme park ID's, club membership ID's, social security cards, birth certificates, temporary driver's license without photo, credit cards with or without photo, and other "fleamarket" type ID's are not considered acceptable forms of identification. 

Other acceptable forms of identification are: 

• Personal recognition by a member of the faculty or permanent staff of Texas State (Must present faculty or staff ID). 
• School yearbook photo with examinee's name captioned. 
• Name and brief physical description of the student written on school stationery that the student has signed in the presence of the school principal or a counselor, who must cosign.
