Students MUST obtain a hardcopy of the Internship Packet from the University Bookstore.

The Internship forms for TECH 4390 are available below in Microsoft Word format. The Microsoft Word files give students an electronic version of the files. Students can input information, save, and print the forms using Microsoft Word versions 2000/XP/2003/2007.

NOTE: Some web browsers will display Microsoft Word documents in the browser window when you click on the link. The proper way to edit the documents is to right-click on the link and save as to a temporary directory or to My Documents directory. Then open the file using Microsoft Word. Previous versions of Microsoft Word (ie. Word 97, Word 95) can cause formatting problems and can effect the way documents print out. Furthermore, importing these documents into other word processors can also cause formatting problems. If you are having problems properly using the supplied documents, please notify your instructor or seek assistance from fellow students.
