"T" ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
During our fall meeting, the following new business items were decided:
• Hall of Honor voting cannot be done with an absentee ballot.
• It was motioned and passed to add an additional third meeting to our annual meeting schedule. The new meeting will be held in early August, with the 8th and 9th being recommended for August 2008. The meeting will be
used to vote for our Hall of Honor class and meet with our current coaches about the purpose of the “T” Association.The meeting with the coaches will be required by the Athletic Director for all current head coaches.

• It was also motioned and passed that each board member must make at least one of the three yearly meetings to remain on the board of directors. The spring meeting will now be used as an opportunity to review our ballots
and nominees and discuss other business.

• All current student athletes’ emails will be added into the “T” Association database so they begin to receive
our information and the “T” Association newsletter before they graduate.

The Board of Directors selected by “T” Association members will serve as the Board of Directors to administer the Constitution and By-Laws of the “T” Association.

“T” Association Director: Principle executive officer who supervises and controls such duties of the Association under corporate bonds as the Board of Directors may advise.This individual must possess a working knowledge of and specifically its athletic program, maintain communication lines between Texas State head coaches and the Board of Directors and be voted in to the position by two-thirds vote (2/3) by the Board of Directors. The Director must also be a staff member of Texas State.
