- SAP Document Types and Number Ranges Reference Sheet as of 4-29-05 (excel) The SAP Document Types and Number Ranges Reference Sheet provides users a list of all document types, number ranges, and their descriptions. The document type can be helpful in limiting results on reports to particular types of transactions and in simply identifying what type of transaction the user is viewing.

- CUFS Area Org to SAP Conversion Table (excel, pdf)
- CUF Expense Object/Revenue Source/Balance Sheet Account to SAP Conversion Table (excel)- contains a conversion table of CUFS codes (balance sheet accounts, expenditure objects, and revenue codes) to SAP general ledger (GL) accounts. This file will be useful to individuals that are familiar with the CUFS codes.
- Alphabetical Listing of State Expenditure General Ledger Account (pdf) - basis of Texas State's general ledger (GL) accounts in SAP. Please note that in most cases end-users will have to add “00” to the end of state’s code to have a valid GL account. End-users may also search for addition GL accounts by entering the state’s code and an asterisk (e.g., 7300*). This website will be useful to those individuals that are not familiar with expenditure objects.
- General Ledger Accounts Detail State Description (word)- contains a listing and a description of all of the state of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts expenditure codes. These codes are the basis of Texas State’s general ledger (GL) accounts in SAP. Please note that in most cases end-users will have to add “00” to the end of state’s code to have a valid Texas State GL account.
