Cottage Kitchen

RFSA HOSTED THE COTTAGE KITCHEN LUNCHEON – Among the members of the Texas State University Retired Faculty and Staff Association who put their culinary skills and hostessing talents to work at the Heritage Association of San Marcos’ weekly Cottage Kitchen luncheon at the Cock House on Friday, Feb. 17 were: RFSA Advisory Board members (left to right) Ollie Maier, Darlene Schmidt, Tug Wilson, Marlene Silcocks, Carmen Imel, Josie Garrott and Margaret Dunn.  The menu will feature meatloaf, green beans and red potatoes, along with an assortment of desserts.

 

We also wish to thank those that assisted in cooking, kitchen duty, and waiting tables:  Marian Loep, Germain and Don Tuff, Gary Carman, John Beck, Al and Ann Breiger, Debra Heinsohn, Pat Murdock, Beth Morrisset and many others that created some scrumptious desserts.  We served 67 patrons.
