Equipment Matching
AVP-R Equipment Match dollars are available in two situations: when proposals require equipment cost share or the project budget exceeds the available funding in the area of equipment. AVP-R policy allows for full cost requests; however, it is expected that assistance from the college and/or department for a portion of the requested amount would also be available. Requests for cost share should occur prior to proposal submission through e-mail to the AVP-R. Once approved in writing by the AVP-R, the costs may be included in the grant budget.
