IRB Exemption Request Module

 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR AN IRB EXEMPTION
 
(Note: It is not necessary to take the Human Subjects Protection training before applying for an IRB Exemption.)
  1. Read Applying for an IRB Exemption
  2. Review the Exempt Categories of Research
  3. Fill out and submit the Application for IRB Exemption.
  4. In most cases, the IRB Administrator will notify you of your exemption status via email within two working days.
