Academic Development and Assessment provides faculty development opportunities and general support to faculty workshops focused on curriculum development, course management, teaching excellence, and the enhancement of research and scholarly activities.

The Budget Office offers individual training, budget classes, and online instructional documents for all transactions that can be used in determining budget, postings, and available budget. Budget Office training covers all budget-related SAP reports, including the Budget to Actual Report, Salary Encumbrance Report, Salary Fringe Report, All Postings Report, and many others. We also help users learn about budget processes such as fund center budgeting, position budgeting, and budget reconciliation.

The Facilities Training Office provides monthly training sessions in order to support Facilities Management, Grounds and Operations employees. Additional monthly training sessions are also presented to LBJSC Custodians, Residence Life Maintenance Shops and Athletic Grounds Maintenance Crews. Training is primarily of a safety nature; however, it also includes technical, communication, supervisory and general training topics such as State Ethics and Sexual Harassment training.
Human Resources Office offers workshops in Understanding Organization Management and PCR Appointments in SAP.
Instructional Technologies Support offers a variety of workshops for faculty and staff. Some focus on the pedagogy of using tools effectively, others on learning technology skills.
Professional Development provides support to faculty and staff through workshops focused on organizational excellence, employee information and legal issues, external funding, personal effectiveness, and planning and assessment.

Technology Resources offers training that helps technology users learn the skills needed to use technology on the job. Whether the training comes in person or online, training focuses on getting the job done.
