Designing Surveys for Quality Improvement or Outcomes Assessments

This workshop is designed to help attendees develop surveys that assess the quality of departmental programs and services or to assess progress on administrative outcomes.

Attendees will learn how to select appropriate survey methods and to develop survey instruments with a special emphasis on writing and formatting questions for online surveys.

The presenters will review the process for requesting assistance from the Office of Institutional Research.  They also will share tips and tricks gleaned from survey research literature and from their own experience in developing survey projects.

Registration opens approximately 3 weeks prior and closes 1 week prior.
