Preventing Cardiovascular Disease and Keeping Your Heart Healthy

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. It is important to learn about your heart to help prevent this disease.
Physicians from Live Oak Health Partners and a Registered Dietician from Central Texas Medical Center will help you understand the following:

♥          What is cardiovascular disease
♥          Who is at risk
♥          Ways to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease
♥          How nutrition can improve your heart health
Learn the dangers of cardiovascular disease and how to keep your heart healthy and strong, along with some heart healthy recipes.
