Financial Education Series: Estate Planning

Attendees will learn about issues everyone should consider when preparing their estate plan. This presentation will also discuss essential estate planning tools, the components of a well drafted will, and introduction to trusts and probate, the role of fiduciaries, and the importance of coordinating non-probate assets.

 

Jason Flaherty concentrates his practice in tax and estate planning and in
advising private business owners. He builds estate plans for individuals, keeping in mind their family values, financial security and desire to save income, estate and generation skipping transfer tax. Jason has practiced accounting for over
6 years and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

 

 

Employees may bring their own lunch; iced tea will be provided.
