The person most influential in the motivation level of employees is the supervisor or team leader followed by co-workers, support personnel, higher management, and the organization itself, i.e., structure, policies, and systems.  If you have ever wondered about how to motivate and influence others, this workshop will help.  You will learn how to improve communication outcomes, increase productivity, promote self-awareness and acceptance of differences, enhance individual and team performance, and prevent/reduce conflict.
