This workshop for supervisory staff will provide valuable insight on the topic of illegal discrimination, harassment, retaliation and the responsibilities of supervisors.  Participants will learn  how to apply:

•   EEO laws
•   Primary legal theories for determining discrimination under EEO Law
•   EEOC guidelines defining sexual harassment
•   Retaliation defense procedures
•   Supervisor responsibilities

This program satisfies the State of Texas requirement for EEO training.
