Workshop description
This workshop for non-supervisory staff will provide valuable insight on the topics of illegal discrimination and harassment.
Participants will learn the following
about EEO laws:
• The legal definitions of discrimination and harassment
• How to file a discrimination and harassment complaint
• What happens when you file a discrimination and harassment complaint
• How to avoid violation of policies/laws
This program satisfies the State of Texas requirement for EEO training.
