Yes, the W-2 will print in the correct format on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. There is no need for special paper.
Please contact the Office of Payroll & Tax Compliance (payroll@txstate.edu or (512) 245-2543), so we may issue a corrected form W-2 reflecting the new address. You should submit both forms with your tax return. Also, contact Human Resources (hr@txstate.edu or (512) 245-2557). They will be able to update your address in your employee file.

Yes. You can access your electronic W-2's for 3 years through the ADP login. For 2009 and prior years, please contact the Payroll & Tax compliance office at (512) 245-2543 or payroll@txstate.edu.
Yes, current and former employees can access W-2 forms for 3 years through theADP login.
By law, it must be sent to you by January 31st.
Yes, you can access your 2010 W-2 through the ADP website. W-2 forms for years prior to 2010 are not available electronically. Please contact the Office of Payroll & Tax Compliance at payroll@txstate.edu or (512) 245-2543 for reprints of prior year W-2 forms.
Yes. You can change this option through the ADP login website.
Yes. The ADP website provides encrypted security for our employees’ personal information.
At the "Your W-2 Summary" page, click "Things You Can Do", then click "Change Your Paperless Option" and follow the instructions.
Three important security identifications must match the data provided to ADP. They are social security number, employee ID (Axxxxxxxx) and home address zip code (5-digit).
