The Equity and Access team provides training and hiring guidelines to assist departments in the hiring of faculty and staff. We also support agents of the university in achieving our diversity initiatives as outlined in the University Strategic Plan. In addition, Equity and Access manages the equal employment opportunity program, investigating claims of harassment and discrimination on campus.
