The Equity and Access team provides training and hiring guidelines to assist departments in the hiring of faculty and staff. We also support agents of the university in achieving our diversity initiatives as outlined in the University Strategic Plan. In addition, Equity and Access manages the equal employment opportunity program, investigating claims of harassment and discrimination on campus. The E & A office is an Allies designated "Safe Office". Anyone with questions or concerns is welcome in our office anytime.

The Equity and Access office does not have absolute confidentiality; however, we will limit access to only those with a need to know in order to address your particular concern.
