The Department of Fine Arts and Communication at Texas State University-San Marcos presents Gene McFall’s acclaimed one-man show The Witty World of Will Rogers at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27 in the LBJ Student Center Teaching Theatre on campus.
The show is part of the fine arts and communication Encore Series’ new Solo Artist Series.

McFall has performed as Will Rogers in 43 states since 1982. He toured as James Whitmore’s understudy in Will Rogers’ U.S.A. and was the first person other than Whitmore to tour that show. In 1989 McFall spent hundreds of hours in research and drew upon his seven years’ performance as
