Prepare for the return of college students and traffic. The University of Texas’ and Texas State University’s spring semesters start on Tuesday.

Austin Community College’s spring semester began last Monday.

As usual, traffic picks up with more people in town. The downtown area is especially crowded in the mornings as people try to get to work and school all about the same time.
