This is the online application form for the Mathworks Teacher Training Program at Texas State University - San Marcos.

Application deadline is March 15, 2012. 

Participating teachers will observe the Junior Summer Math Camp from June 4 - 15, 2012 in San Marcos Texas and attend one of two graduate Master Teacher Education courses (5301E - Topics in Middle School Math for 6th Grade or 5301F - Topics in Middle School Math).  All participating teachers will receive 45 hours of Continuing Professional Education credit and 3 hours of graduate credit through the Texas State Graduate College.

   2. Permission to Enroll Form (download here).
   3. One official transcript from the college granting your highest degree completed.  Must be submitted directly to Texas State University, Graduate College, 601 University Drive, JCK Suite 280, San Marcos Texas 78666 or gradcollege@txstate.edu
2. Submit the ApplyTexas online application to apply to Texas State University's Graduate College.  (download important instructions here).  You will be directed to the Apply Texas website when you click submit below.
