Residential Junior Summer Math Camp Application

This is the online application form for the 2018 JSMC Residential Program from June 3 - June 15, 2018.  This program is for select 6th-8th grade students, and we accept a maximum of 40 students.

We accept applications until April 15.  However, we do admissions on a rolling basis, and our program often fills up before the application deadline.  

You must have the following to submit your application:

1.  Essay - (Required) Upload an essay with this application.  See details below. 

2.  Transcript or Latest Report Card - (Required) Upload your unofficial transcript or latest report card with this application.

Financial Aid

​Mathworks offers a limited number of need-based scholarships for our programs. To be considered for a scholarship, please be sure to fill out the Financial Aid section and submit your application prior to March 15. 

  • RESIDENTIAL Program Cost: $1,600.
