1. Organize student information cards and possibly organize them into an address book (e.g. Microsoft’s Outlook Express)

2. Update your schedule of events if necessary

3. Contact other Math Clubs in your area to discuss the possibility of combined meetings/practice sessions

4. Give your principal and update

5. Arrange for announcements of your next meeting
