Queries of IPEDS national data work in Internet Explorer. Use 228459 as the username and password. To compare Texas State to one of our comparison groups in the IPEDS system, follow the directions below:

1. Right click on the desired comparison group.

• National peers
  
• National aspirants
  

2. Save file exactly as "inst1472614828peer.uid", including quotes.
3. Make sure you save the file as text, rather than HTM.
4. Upload the file as an IPEDS comparison group.
