SACM Support

The TSIE office is assisting all TSIE and university Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) students with maintaining their sponsorship record with key Texas State University offices. It's our goal to help students meet their business obligations as quickly and smoothly as possible, so they may focus on the important task of academic study. With SACM students' help and support, we can better ensure success.

How will my financial guarantee be recognized by Student Business Services?

The TSIE office will collect your valid financial guarantee and place your name on a tuition waiver agreement with SBS. This will prevent registration cancellation.

How will SACM be billed each semester?

The TSIE office will bill SACM after the 12th class day using SBS-validated tuition invoices.

Should I complete the Health Insurance Waiver every semester?

If you have filed your valid financial guarantee with TSIE, your name will be placed on a SACM health insurance waiver with the Student Health Center each semester of enrollment. TSIE takes the extra step of confirming that SACM insurance meets Texas State University guidelines for international students.

Which office can help me with documents required by SACM, such as enrollment letters?

The TSIE office will assist with document preparation. Please visit the office for more information about document availability and turnaround time.

What should I do to help?

Thank you for asking! It is the SACM student's responsibility to keep informed of their SACM status by checking the SACM websites and the personal portal. PLEASE help us by doing the following on a regular basis:

  1. Check your Texas State BobcatMail for important news and information.
  2. Check your personal email for emails and contact attempts from SACM.
  3. Check your SACM portal for updates from SACM.
  4. Keep TSIE informed of your best contact information (phone, text, etc.) We need to keep in touch to best serve you! You can update your contact information here
