HPN Scholarship
The Hispanic Policy Network (HPN) at Texas State is a group of Hispanic faculty and staff committed to the improvement of higher education opportunities for Hispanics. The HPN membership has established an HPN scholarship as a way of supporting their role as higher education advocates. The intent of the scholarship is to assist students from the Texas State community with expenses related to their studies at Texas State.

The Hispanic Policy Network (HPN) is a networking and advocacy group of faculty and staff at Texas State University. HPN is committed to improving higher education opportunities for Hispanics. HPN awards several $1,000 scholarships each year to deserving students. This year, scholarship recipients include Belinda Rodriguez, Veronica Juarez and Michael Bolanos. All of these students are from the San Marcos area and some are children of Texas State employees. You can help us make a college education a reality for more deserving students.
