Request for Information

Below are fields that request information including name, contact and identity information for symposium participants.

Attendance - Must read.

  • Registration
    Registration is open to both Texas and non-Texas State community members at no cost.
  • On-site walk-in registration
    We highly encourage all participants to pre-register for the symposium. Pre-registered participants will have priority. Walk-in registrations on the day of event will be allowed, pending availability of spaces.
  • Arrive and check-in by start time
    Please bring or provide your Texas State ID or appropriate ID to the check-in tables which will be located in the hallway outside of LBJ Student Center Room 3-15.1.
  • Half-day participation
    As we recognize that the symposium might conflict with some classes, we welcome participants to come and go into the symposium as needed. However, please be mindful not to disrupt on-going presentations and workshops.

Conference Staff
Individuals assisting with the implementation of the conference, included all below, are required to register at no cost.

  • Staff & Student Committee Members
  • Workshop facilitators and presenters
  • Volunteers
