The HPN Spring Symposium brings together Texas State students, faculty, staff and community members to meet and share information, ideas, and best practices that support and serve the Hispanic and LatinX communities in higher education. This year’s Symposium focuses on the innovative spirit of our cultures and its contributions to our community, society and the world at large. The Symposium will give us a space to honor past contributions, celebrate present accomplishments and to discuss building a better future together.
The Hispanic Policy Network is excited to announce that we are now accepting presentation proposals for the 2018 HPN Spring Symposium. Faculty, staff and students are invited to submit presentation proposals. Whether you have a research study, an initiative, or personal experiences to share with the Texas State community, we want to hear from you! See below for more information on presentation format, deadlines and much more.
We seek talks and presentations that address a wide range of subjects that highlight the innovative spirit and contributions of our cultures. Perspectives from all disciplines and experiences are welcome. Talks or presentation from the scientific community, higher education professionals, and students are all valuable to our event. Motivational talks that aim to inspire and develop our community are especially encouraged.
