Fulbright Scholar Luncheon: Honors students and faculty broke away from meetings and classes to gather for lunch in Lampasas, Wednesday, March 24 with visiting Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Cecile Nyambe. A Senior Lecturer in the Department of African Literature at University of Yaounde I, Yaounde, in Cameroon, Dr. Nyambe’s research focuses on Writing Female Body and Cultural Identity in the Works of Toni Morrison and Werewere Liking.

Her visit to Texas State was partly sponsored by the Council for the International Exchange of Scholars, the Provost's Office and the English Department. The honors students enjoyed sharing a meal with this delightful and dynamic scholar.
