In Fall 2011, HSA coordinated the morning icebreakers with the freshmen. Students made collages inspired by a Walt Whitman poem in Dr. Heather Galloway and Professor Diann McCabe's workshop. Dr. Steve Zinkgraf and Professor John Hood hosted a Shakespearean sword fighting workshop, which gave students the opportunity to hurl Shakespearean insults at one another while sword fighting. HSA inspired students to imagine their own honors courses and share it with others. |
