Honors 3396F: The Art of Storytelling

Course Substitutions: Sophomore Literature, Advanced Theatre, or Advanced English
This summer intensive seminar/workshop course examines the art and culture of storytelling from ancient to contemporary times. Students read and analyze stories from oral and written traditions and develop skills in creating and applying storytelling in social, business, political, and entertainment environments. A public presentation at the end of term showcases individual stories and group improvisations.
